We are one of the leading firms of auditors and accountants in Egypt. We have been practicing in Egypt since 1985 and employ a total of approximately 150 personnel, who are largely licensed accountants registered in Egypt. Our partners and professionals are either UK Chartered Accountants (CA and ACCA) or USA Certified Public Accountants (CPA) who are also bilingual in Arabic and English. In addition, our firm possesses a considerable number of members of the Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors. Since the law prohibits hiring expatriates in a profession such as ours, we have recruited what you might call "Egyptian expatriates". In other words, we have combined the best of both worlds, expatriate expertise and local experience.

Our offices partners and executives are registered auditors and accountants with the following Egyptian Authorities:

• General Register of Accountants and Auditors maintained by Ministry of Finance (main register)

• Central Auditing Bureau - for auditing governmental bodies and public sector entities

• Central Bank of Egypt - for bank audits

• Capital Market Authority - for public quoted companies, mutual funds and portfolio management company audits
